Can’t log into the portal?
Activation links are sent to your nominated account and
must be activated within 24 hours of your account creation.
If your activation link has expired, click the ‘lost password’ button
at the bottom of the login screen to be sent a new link.
Already a member, but can’t access the portal?
Make sure you’ve registered your account using the same email address
that’s attached to your member record in the United Workers Union database.
Recently joined your union, and can’t access the portal?
Your account can take a few days to update to your new member status.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since you registered and your access
is still limited please reach out to us using the email below.
